Cocoon House operates the only street outreach program for homeless and at-risk youth ages 13-21 in Snohomish County. Cocoon Advocates work throughout the County with youth to address urgent needs such as shelter, food, clothing items, medical issues, and counseling. Advocates can meet youth where they are -- in parks, schools, campgrounds and on the streets -- during non-traditional/flexible hours. Youth may also access services and get in touch with an Advocate at Cocoon's U-Turn Resource Center on Broadway in Everett.
