Over 18 Housing

    • Studio apartments with income-based rent

    • Each unit has a private bathroom and kitchenette. Shared common areas feature full kitchens, living rooms, laundry facilities, and staff offices.

    • Staff who can support you with goals around education, employment, and referrals to mental health and substance use resources.

    • Opportunity to gain rental history and opt in to for rental reimbursement at move out.

    • We help you pay rent with rental support that reduces over time

    • Case management support for goals around education, employment, and referrals to mental health and substance use support

    • We can also provide short-term housing while you work with staff to find a rental unit.

    • This program provides housing and tuition for young adult students who are exiting homelessness.

    • We partner with Everett Community College (EvCC), Everett Public Schools, and Housing Hope.

    Cocoon House has temporary dollars available to help provide rental assistance for young adults who have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19. We have the ability to help pay back rent with these time limited funds.

    Please note that the demand for Rental Assistance is high and we are doing our best to get to everyone on the waitlist.
